Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within [2–5 business days]. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, new product launches or sales, processing may take a little longer.

Damaged Orders

Pre-Orders

If an order contains both pre-order and available products, the entire order may be shipped together once all products are available.
